Itchin' for a Mitchin'

ABV: 5.8%

The father of brewer Sam Ginsburg, while thrilled about the idea of his son
brewing, was less excited about the varieties being brewed. He's a simple man
with simple tastes. In an effort to satisfy him, we made our own recipe and brewed
a nice, simple hefeweizen that we named for him. The results are perfect for a
hefe, with no visibilty and the right balance of yeast, wheat, cloves, and banana.

Grain Bill:
6 lb.White Wheat Malt
0.5 lb.Rice Hulls
3 lb.Extra Light DME
0.25 lb.Dextrose

Hop Schedule:
45 min.1 oz. Hallertauer (4.8%)
15 min.1 oz. Hallertauer (4.8%)

Yeast: WLP-300
Original Gravity1.054
Final Gravity1.010
